To Evryone watching that Feels uncomfortable, it is meant to be uncomfortable because this song is talking about Pedophilia or the Teacher/student relationship, which is again Uncomfortable and Creepy to watch because the Pedo is taking advantage of the little girl's innocence and that is Disgusting. so don't complain that it's uncomfortable, because the music video is starting a conversation that pedophilia is creepy and is bad, because if melanie made the song sweet and cheerful, she might unintentionaly make pedophilia as romantic or cute

I hate when people misunderstand melanie :( she doesn't romanticize children, she is speaking up about the troubles she went through and the horrible stuff in society nobody else speaks about, not always about teenage breakups, Elita never planned too sleep with him, although she did catch a little feelings it was an agenda to their plan, this song is really lovely because she uses interesting instrumentals in her songs, and, is unique too!

im kinda stupid and actually didn’t rly pick up on that as a general term for anything but a teacher student relationship that has to be kept secret, care to explain ?
@CarlyJ4 жыл бұрын
@@seraphiinas I saw your comment and wanted to respond. I'm not sure I fully understand and apologises if I've read it wrong but wanted to give my best shot at trying to answer your question. A teacher/student relationship would be kept secret by the teacher manipulating their student into staying quiet. Obviously if an under age student is involved it's illegal, hence the teacher keeping them a secret to avoid jail. And even if it's not illegal (18 year old college student for example) the teacher is still abusing their position of trust. OP has made a good observation how this could apply to many toxic/abusive relationships though. Examples, an affair situation. The person cheating on their partner could manipulate their partner on side by wanting to keep things a secret. You ever hear of people wanting to keep a relationship secret because 'it's more special'? Melanie has creatively called this behaviour out as what it really is, selfish not special. If only one partner wants to keep the relationship secret it's usually abusive and/or manipulative. Makes me think of Jeffree Star also. As a feminine, gay man he had many men who loved having him around as their 'little secret'. But in public they were too ashamed to be with Jeffree. This made Jeffree feel the opposite of special.

@@Mabeline16 she's more than a teacher's pet....he utilizes her body to dissect her body...but when we dissect worms/frogs/baby pigs/etc they're CLEARLY DEAD! But the fact that he was going to "dissect" her while she was alive~ is Legit BEYOND sickening🤢 and Literally the stuff that Nightmares are made of❗ -And the saddest part is that I could totes see a sociopath in him and CLEARLY he's done this before, like a serial killer. Obviously I understand that this isn't "real"...its just a music vid, but it DEF skeaves me out, because there are sickos like the man this actor portrays running around the world torturing animals and then ultimately they do it to humans. And the thing that creeps me out the most, is that everyone is taught when they're young not to talk to or go with strangers...but the problem is that in the minds of children, they've been predisposed(via media: movies & cartoons/social media & what they see on the internet & KZbin/through their siblings who try to scare them or friends playing those typical bloody Mary/candyman dares/Ouija board/conjuring the Zozo or La Llorona/etc)to look out for the "Boogeyman", so that by that time in their youth/adolescence they Already have this preconceived notion and bravado that they're perfectly fine/they're invincible/they're untouchable/ and in THEIR HEADS they're simply Not at risk for harm or danger, because they already know what to look👀for & they know who to stay away from~ And the frightening reality is they DON'T! And the fact of the matter is that WE(The older generation/adults/etc) Truly need to put more effort into teaching them and reminding them that the BAD MEN & WOMEN Aren't out there running around looking like the Boogeyman🤡👹💀😈🦍🤶🏻👺👷🏻👽😵👁🤥👶🏼👵. But instead, they DO look like their own mom and dad/Their uncle & aunt/Their Teacher/The mailman/Their neighbors/etc. But we also must make sure to Not scare the shit💩 out of them, and make them Afraid of their own shadows/give them Anxiety/etc. There's a responsible way to do it...a balanced way, and the amount of info should obviously differ based on their age range(just like they say: At what age should we be teaching children how to call 911/999/etc?) And first responders say as soon as possible....once they can understand the concept(so preschool/kindergarten is certainly a good time to begin to at least teach them the concept.) And the same goes for these necessary safety talks. -Sorry.... I do realize that my comment is a LOOOOOONG AF, however the image of that Nasty-A$$ Pervert pretending to be a teacher in that scene just triggered TF out of me!

For real this song hits to close to home. In 6th grade our school had this band teacher( everyone thought he was gay ) he would always stare at the girls and act friendly with them as if he were their boyfriend( everyone thought it was fine because as I said everyone thought he was gay. ) He was also in charge of film club. I was in film club. Whenever he asked a question he would always call on me, even when I didn’t raise my hand. He always creeped me out. One Friday I get a call from my mom saying that he had been arrested for soliciting sex acts with girls there ( all not legal ) and that he was caught sending dick pics to some of the girls. It gives me chills every time I think about it. If you are a girl, or even a boy and you feel like you’re in that situation in or out of school, just in general, please tell someone. Not only are you helping you, you are also helping other people that could be hurt by that person. So just be safe out there people.

This is kinda late but at my middle school we also had a male teacher and everyone thought he was gay so no one questioned why he was super friendly with the girls and not much with the guys Then he started getting touchy with them He would put these "bucks" Deep into his back and front pockets and tell the girls if they wanted the bucks they have to reach down there for them :(( one of my friends refused and he got really mad at her saying he wasnt going to give her any or sign any of them anymore and she stood her ground saying that she didn't care and wasn't going to reach for them He never paid attention to her after that Unfortunately he did get to rub my back softly and squeeze my thigh too Everyone would report him but they never fired him I hope he's not there anymore and got what he deserved No one should go through that and sorry to hear it happened in ur school too much love 💖

I can totally relate. When I started 11th grade just last September, I had this math teacher that was really scary looking. But he was nice so I ignored that. Eventually he started touching me on my back and then he started squeezing my arm and touching my thigh. I'm only sorry I didn't get help sooner. I got transferred to another math class which was a difficult change but worth it. I'm still afraid to look him in the eye sometimes. He grabbed me by my bag in the hall once and hugged me saying "how much he missed me" I was so afraid to go back to school after that. But I have friends (including staff) that has my back if he tries anything else. I'm sorry about your experience, it must've been horrendous for all those little girls being victimized by your band teacher.

Boner (for reasons I think are obvious) and the old Spanish teacher would give girls creepy looks, touch their thighs, and look down their shirts. He got transferred from the middle school to help kids that speak English as their second language. It freaks me out that younger kids have to be with him.

Sometimes it can be hard to understand that the actions are inappropriate when the teacher is actually attractive to you. This is usually why you don't see a lot of teachers that are super super young. Especially in college. When the teacher is actually kind of good looking to you, you might ignore the signs because you like the attention, or you think you like the attention. And when you're young, and suddenly you've got an attractive figure of authority showing interest in you, it can seriously mess with your head, because you'll never know if the teacher actually likes you, or if you're being targeted because the teacher is influencing you on purpose. Even if for some reason the teacher did like you that way, it's the teacher's responsibility not to pursue it. especially if they're highschool students or below.

One day one of the girls, one he had actually begun to forcefully touch, spoke up. Please, everyone, stay safe and speak up, no matter how hard it seems

I remember when i was in 7th grade(13 y/o) im a teachers pet of my science teacher... I only thought it was because I'm the top student in that class and all the class he teaches... But i noticed some signs that it might be more than that... he gives me long stares, he randomly smiles at me, he touches my arms/elbows when we got close to each other and that creeps me out as a 13 years old... Then i receives gifts from him or additional grades that i didnt even know where it came from and he always talks about me in different classes he has (my friend from the other class told me about it that how much he praises and compliments me infront of them) Then i took it in a test, i fail my exams, i didnt pass any activities/ performance task or quizzes, and i was always not present in his classes... but then i was still the highest in my class and my grade on his subject was 97💀 like wtf dude. So, i decided to ignore him that im not even talking to him or looking at him or participating in his class... He was 25 at that time. I was often referred to as "nonchalant" by my classmates on how quiet and ignorant i am... But they dont know deep inside that i suffered different sexual abuse... by my uncles/cousins/random people. And because of that traumas I joined muay thai trainings because i dont know how to defend myself when that time comes 💀

When I was 12, we had a new teacher. He was a 28 year-old fresh graduate, and he had a fiance. For the sake of anonymity, I'll call him F. I'm quite sure they're married by now. I was a chubby, awkward introvert, and F used this as a reason to get close to me. If I'm not mistaken, he had said "I feel sorry for you, I don't think I've seen you hang out with anyone in class." I never really cared about anyone at school, and I was an actual teacher's pet as I was a star student. F started to ask me to stay back after class and help him clean up the music room, or bring books back to the school library. I had to obey because he was a teacher, I didn't want to get in trouble and I was a prefect so I had an image to uphold. Other teachers would ask me for help too, so I didn't really think that anything was wrong with the situation. It eventually got weirder and uncomfortable, as F would ask me to sing for him and just randomly sat beside me while I was reading. F even asked me to give him a massage, which I declined. Plus, it was super weird. One day, F asked me to sing for him in class when he sat in as a sub, and I refused as usual. F got really mad, climbed up onto the teacher's desk and started to stomp his feet, yelling that I was rude towards him. My whole class was a little freaked out. As soon as the class was over, he made me stay back. He came up to me and leaned in way too close to be appropriate. F told me that he liked me, so he wanted me to be his girlfriend. I was lucky that a fellow classmate, A, came back to class to retrieve his water bottle, and he pulled me away from the teacher, saying that our PE teacher wanted to see me. He managed to catch about 40% of the incident, and made me tell him what happened as he escorted me to the bus stop. The next day, A proceeded to tell everyone in our year about what he had witnessed. My classmates and even students from other classes came to see me and told me that they had always seen F as a pervert. He was caught staring creepily at students when they're not looking, and he had harassed a boy from another class. F had passed by the boy after school was over, and he groped his bum. F made the boy promise not to tell anyone, or the boy would get punished. When the time came for our final exam, we had to ask for blessings from the teachers. F asked no one else but me to kiss his hand when I shook it, but I pushed his hand away. My English teacher heard what he said and she came to me afterwards demanding to know why he said it. I told her everything, but she couldn't do anything because there were no evidence. I saw F for the first and hopefully the last time after primary school was over in 2015, he was with his significant other. Nothing major happened to me, but that was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a male teacher. F, let's never meet again.

when i was in elementary school, there was one teacher that would always go up right behind all of the girls and be pressed against there backs, on multiple occasions wiped wood chips from girls butts where they got stuck to their leggings, and he always made me super uncomfortable. I would stay awake at night thinking about it, to the point where i would have complete meltdowns because I was scared to go to school. I didn't tell my mom because she thought he was a great teacher, and I thought she wouldn't believe me. Years later, he gets fired because multiple girls came forward. He had molested them when they were between 6-11 years old. And yet my mom still thinks he's a good person. When we heard the news, she kept saying what a shame it was that he was fired, and his poor family. When I told her my experiences with him, she told me I was making it up for attention like those other girls. One of the girls he molested was a friend, and to this day she can't walk past his old classroom without having a mental breakdown. Edit: First of all, thank you to all of the kind words, and I'm so sorry to all of you that have been taken advantage of. Second of all, I don't think I was molested by him (I say this uncertainly because when I was little I was taught to brush off things that made me uncomfy, so I don't know if to me it felt "normal"). My friend is okay, and as far as I know the other girls are too. Unfortunately he has not been arrested due to lack of evidence, which really pisses me off, but at least he's not in a position of power where he can hurt anyone else

I got sexually abused and r@p3d by my biological father when I was 4 and 5 years old. (I’m in my teenage years now) and my step grandma’s dad sexually harrassed my sister. This only happened after Christmas morning. Before anyone tells me to tell anyone, we don’t live with our parents and the police didn’t do crap. And one of my friends got r@p3d by their brother and their grandma and parents tried to justify it by saying that he’s sorry. I hate the world we live in.
