Imma just explain for the people who don’t know cuz Detention is kinda a complex meaning. So, it’s about how she doesn’t want people to treat her bad or be mad/angry if she’s feeling stressed or sad. Just because she isn’t smiling back doesn’t mean she’s mad. She doesn’t want people to to be weirded out when she’s stressed. She’s basically complaining about people who expect her to be happy all of the time.
